You Are An ENFP
The InspirerYou love being around people, and you are deeply committed to your friends.
You are also unconventional, irreverent, and unimpressed by authority.
Incredibly perceptive, you can usually sense if someone has hidden motives.
You use lots of colorful language and expressions.
You're quite the storyteller!
In love, you are quite the charmer.
And you are definitely willing to risk your heart.
You often don't follow through with your flirting or professed feelings.
You break a lot of hearts.
At work, you are driven but not a workaholic.
You just always seem to enjoy what you do.
You would make an excellent entrepreneur, politician, or journalist.
How you see yourself: compassionate, unselfish, and understandingWhen other people don't get you, they see you as: gushy, emotional, and unfocused
This online test surprised me. I've had my MBTI profile determined twice already, and this tool got it spot on first time.
I've been an ENFP, and I've been an INFP. The results can change as one's life situation changes.
ReplyDeletepeterbiei wouldn't have guessed you are an ENFP but it doesn't surprise me. i love knowing this about you--knowing that we are 'see' things in the same way since i am an ENFP too
ReplyDeleteso how do you protect your heart, peter?
there's a question for the ages....
ps how lovely to share this neighborhood with you like this. i am psyched about it. xoxo
snowbrush, i administer and intepret myers briggs tests sometimes. there is actually not much change over the years: our temperment is like our handwriting--some variation but the core remains. i believe the area that can change the most is the E to I. like you, i've become less extroverted and more introverted over the years. i still get my fuel from othe people where introverts must have quiet time to refuel, but i've come to value my time alone more.

I think this may be an easier test because it's shorter, and there is less time for us to try to manipulate the answer?
ReplyDeletePieterbie,
ReplyDeleteI knew your were a "breaker of hearts"!
@Snowbrush: I go with KJ, as far as I know your personality does not change. When I first determined my type I thought I was ESTP. But later I discovered that I was in fact on the edge between S and N and I balanced over to the N side. I feel happier being an N.
ReplyDelete@KJ: it doesn't really shock or surprise me that we have the same type. Somehow I have always known.
How do I protect my heart? I don't, I just let it feel. When things get too rough, I let my mind take over.
@MAW: why would you manipulate, what is the benefit in manipulating. There are no good and bad types, you are what you are.
@Dedene: you'll have to explain that to me one day :-)
I could really get to love this neighborhood. Wish I could spend some more time @ home, but work is really keeping me on my toes.
breaker of hearts. wow. I am INFP
