Oh gosh. I've been so busy, preoccupied, active, even a little consumed with holiday tasks that I almost forgot to show up for Debra Kay's party. All I could muster is this cake I happily bought at Wieneke's shop. It is as tasty as it is beautiful, and here's the best part: every time you cut a piece another piece replaces it, so there is always enough. Isn't that part of the magic of Blogland Lane?

I hope to see you all on New Year's Eve. And I heard there might be an impromptu happening at Cookie's Cafe pretty soon.
.
In the meantime, happy holidays. And pray pray pray for Renee. She lives at # 9 and a half and we need her in the neighborhood. I think she actually might be a real life angel.....
That is so yummy looking! Bakers are true artist aren't they?
ReplyDeleteKisses to you KJ for such a magical cake.

A bit of magic now and then and you have a beautiful cake that never ends :-) In the meantime I will send my best wishes to your friend Renee. I don't know her, but I do understand she is an ultimate brave and very ill woman.
ReplyDeleteA perpetual cake, always there! It really is a beauty.
ReplyDeleteHugs, prayers and all I can muster for Renee...

MMMMMMM-sorry I can't talk as I am face first in the cake.
