COOKIE'S CREATIVE CAFE & COFFEE HOUSE

Well, it seems Blogland Lane is opening its shops and businesses. This week alone we now have a general store, ice cream shop, art supply and Segway stores, a combination dog spa and coffee shop, a yoga studio, a bookstore, and coming up, an employment agency. Not to mention beaches and islands and playgrounds and mountains and lakes and magical bogs and our very first business, Wieneke's Flower and Gift Shop.
.
There'll be no shortage of coffee on Blogland Lane. For the times you want to stretch out, meet up with friends, watch a poetry slam, hear some live jazz, enjoy a lemon scone or a fresh strawberry smoothie with lunch, catch up on reading, sketch and paint, and/or write your novel, Cookie's Creative Cafe and Coffee House is the place to head. You can stay there all day if you want to.
.
You'll find me in the corner booth, enjoying the Wifi and my beloved laptop, working away on my own colors and words, happily looking up and stopping to greet you and catch up.

  1. Now I'm very happy about coffee and cafe's and arts and the like . .But please remember, I am partial to a glass of champagne . .and . .Not necessarily a lover of things sweet and sticky, I'm thinking there may be room for a deli in Blogland lane , , savoury and salty and sexy? Hmmm? I've always wanted to play with one of those slicing machines!

  3. I'm thinking I won't work anymore once I move in. I'll visit all the shops and restaurants instead. That oughta keep me busy enough!

  5. OHYEAH! I came here to figure out what it was I was supposed to do-map out the dog spa!

WORK? Oh no, not me. My job is to employ other people and visit with the clients and play with the dogs.

In REAL LIFE-which I almost never speak of-I'm going to a two day seminar on doggy body language this weekend. I'm so stoked. Mostly I 'm stoked that there are in fact other people in Oklahoma City who could spend two days thinking about something like that-I feel so included.....
